Backwards & Forwards

Since my department is sitting around waiting for the proverbial shit to hit the fan next week, we're helping the Customer Service Dept. (the shit is already in the fan over there) That's where I started, so it's actually kinda fun to go back & do it again. Things have changed, a LOT, so I have to figure things out with the customers on the phone. It makes me feel smart when I get it right.

What's really cool is, I forgot how people get attached to you in that department. They are so nervous, and you help them out, answer their questions, make a lame joke or two, and BAM! Friend for life. I guess that's why I like selling houses, because it can be such a personal thing. (that's also the reason I hate selling houses, come to think of it)

I passed my Post License course this morning. I had to drive to Ft. McClellan and take my test, but I did great, despite the fact that I was slightly hungover from the Christmas party the night before.

The Christmas party deserves it's own blog, I am telling you WHAT. Whoooo, lawdy. There were unwanted advances from OPP's, lap dances, bootie shakin, 5 flat screen tv's, cheap drinks, delicious food, and a broken tooth. Someone flung open the (I'm too drunk to drive) limo door a little too hard, and bashed themselves right in the face. I will give you two guesses as to who....

I'm digressing! The point is, I'm totally a Real Estate Agent now. Can you believe it???
