Reality TV Queen
I can't get enough reality tv, and I think I need to find some sort of detox for it. Is there a Betty Ford for Reality TV Junkies? Here are some of my favorites, and why I watch them.
BlowOut/Bravo
I've talked about this before. I know it's bad, I know it's wrong, but I can't get enough of Jonathan's temper tantrums and uncontrollable crying. I love it when he says that his hair is "totally bangin'" today, and things that make him cry are "A little heavy, dude. A little intense." My favorite is when something happens that seems really small to me, he has to go to therapy about it. I love it~ so much~
Bridezillas/WE
This show? Is so awesome. It follows these self-titled Bridezillas around and lets you see them crazy bitch all over the place. I don't know how many of you know this, but I love me some crazy bitches!! They scream, yell, fight and cry while I lay on my couch and judge them. The meanest girl so far.... Her groom was standing there at the rehearsal and as a bridesmaid walked towards him he was talking about how hot she was and how he'd like to bang her. These are the moments I live for. Oh, how I love The Humans.
Tommy Lee Goes to College/NBC
I was at Angie's Tuesday night and I watched both episodes of this. Angie came home from work half-way through the first one and she was walking by the tv and she goes "Is that... Tommy.. Lee?" and I said "Yeah, they're sending him back to college" and she goes "NO!"
I know.
I don't know how sincere he is, but I know how tough it must be for him. I mean, damn, how many brain cells could he have left? I like giving him the benefit of the doubt because honestly? He doesn't seem half as bad as I thought he would. Go Tommy, get your smart-on!
My Super Sweet 16/MTV
This show follows spoiled brat 15-year-olds as they plan their huge ass Sweet 16 parties. Don't watch it. Really, don't. It will make you sick next time you're at the grocery store wondering if you should really waste $3.29 on Oreos.
Made/MTV
I ~love~ this show. The nerd made into the ladies man. The tomboy made into the star of the school play. The punk rock chick made into the prom queen. (why? did she want to do that?) I don't care what they are being made into, I'll watch it. Some of these kids are so cool, and if they aren't? Their Made coach makes them cry, which is also fun.
Cheaters/Sydicated, usually on UPN
I blame my sister for this one. Oooh, he's cheatin' on you girl! Go beat her ass! Don't judge me until you watch it. It is like a tv twinkie, you know you shouldn't but you kinda like it anyway, so every once in a while you give in and watch.
The Apprentice/American Idol/The Bachelor/The Bachelorette
I usually only watch these about half-way into the season, and I. Blame. Angie. for making me watch these. Damn her! I have to see what happens.
Junkin' with Val & Dave/Turner South
I love this show, and if you haven't watched it you really should try to catch it. Val & Dave go to flea markets across the South and buy quirky/cool things and auction them on the Turner South webpage through eBay. I happened across it one day when they were running the episode from their trek to Moutain Top Trade Day which I love going to on occassion. They are really funny, but most of the people they are talking to just don't get the joke, which makes it funnier. I also have a girl-crush on Val, because she is too cool.
House Hunters/HGTV
Every night at 6:30pm, I watch this show, and I cannot stop because I've tried. You follow a person/couple/family as they look at 3 houses (always 3. no more. no less) and try to decide between them. If anyone has a pill I could take to stop myself from watching this I'd be obliged. If they are showing the inside of someone's house, I HAVE TO SEE IT! I'm either a born real estate agent or I'm just really nosy. I haven't decided yet.
Other Stuff I Watch

No Being Bobby Brown?
My God, woman, how? do? you? do it?
Oh crap, I forgot about Being Bobby Brown... see? I knew there would be a few I forgot.
How do I do it? It's a mixture. I have Angie, who is the TV Queen. I am able to keep up with about 3 shows at once during commercials. I am unable to watch just one show without flipping around during commercials. And? I leave the tv on sometimes just for noise and end up catching these shows that suck me in.
It's baddy badness, that's what it is.
wow, that's impressive and scary at the same time! also, Dirty Jobs is AWESOME! but i don't know that i would consider that reality tv. it's just gross. especially the ones where they have to beat off and then inseminate animals. yeesh.

Just so no one will be too afraid, I can't keep up with all of them, but I've seen all of them. Plus, so many more that I ran across this weekend and said "I forgot about that one!"
They are so easy to keep up with. All you have to do is watch a few minutes of the beginning and then the end. Or! You can just watch The Soup on E!
