Monday Movie Review

I've been so busy at work there was no time to goof off online. I even missed my post day on Fleegan Central. Scandalous!

This weekend I didn't watch as many movies as last, but I did get to see three that I thought were great. Okay, two that were great.

This is Spinal Tap - It's awesome and I can't believe it took me this long to get around to watching it. I loved the songs, I loved the hair, I loved the girlfriend/manager, and I loved Nigel times two and three-quarters. "It's like, how much more black could this be? And the answer is none. None more black."

The Fog - I know. I knew it was bad, but it was almost midnight and I couldn't sleep, and the lure of PPV called to me. It wasn't even as good as the old one, which is saying something. I didn't understand it, either. None of it makes sense, and I'd explain why but it would take too long. All you need to know is at the end the day is saved by a girl who kisses the ghost of a Russian leper who's face is half gone, and it's very awkward, but then she relaxes into the kiss and suddenly she turns into the ghost of his former lover and The Fog goes away.

I'm telling you what, I haven't been kissed in a while but there is still no way I'd be halfway into a kiss with a GHOST of a LEPER and then go "Oh what the hell." Honey, there isn't enough beer in the world, is all I'm saying.

History of Violence - You have to go watch this so I can talk to someone about it. You ever see one of those movies that's really great, but you can't get excited about it because of certain elements in the movie that would make you seem sort of crazy if you got really overdone and all "You HAVE to see this movie!"? That's what this is like. I thought it was awesome, myself. (note to shy peeps, there is a sex scene that made me blush and half cover my face and I watched it BY MYSELF. so, don't watch it with grandma.)

Seacrest out.
